Prices and Packages for Google Workspace
All the Google Workspace packages provide custom emails and the full suite of collaboration tools like Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. The main difference in the plans is the number of users allowed and the amount of storage space they provide.
Large organizations that need Workspace for over 300 employees should generally contact Google’s sales support to learn about their Enterprise plan. Organizations with 100-200 employees, especially if many of them are working remotely and collaborating on lots of files that are stored in the cloud, will probably find the Business Plus plan more suitable. This plan will provide them with the storage space, security features, and video communication tools they need to run their operation. Pretty much everyone else, whether it’s a 1-person organization or a 200-person office, will be well served with either the Business Starter or the Business Standard plans.
When you enter your payment information online, you’ll sign up for a monthly plan, called the Flexible Plan. You then have the option to upgrade to the Annual Plan through a Google sales representative and commit to purchasing the service for a full year.
The monthly plan provides flexibility for organizations with a variable workforce because you can add and remove accounts at any time and pay only for accounts that are active that month. You can also cancel service at any time without penalty.
The Annual Plan allows you to sign a yearly contract and locks you into an agreed-upon price. You cannot remove users throughout the 1-year duration of the contract, but you can add users whenever you need. This plan still allows you to be billed monthly for the yearly contract.

How to Redeem a Google Workspace Promo Code
Using a Google Workplace promo code is an easy three-step process.
- Choose your domain name or enter your website address.
- Select the number of employees to start.
- Input the promo code to ensure your discount is applied.
The next screen is where you’ll enter the promo code.
After you enter the promo code and continue, you’ll see your plan’s details and the amount of the promo code discount.
