The beauty of Google Workspace (formerly called G Suite) is that it provides users with a more integrated experience across Google’s many business tools. But while it is a valuable solution, it’s still nice to be able to save some money by using a promo code. The cost of Workspace varies based on which plan you need and how many users you have. If you work for a nonprofit organization, you can access these tools for free, or at least at a significant discount through the Google for Nonprofits program.
If your organization is not eligible for Google’s nonprofit program, or if you work for a small or medium-sized business and want to enjoy the many tools and features offered by Google Workspace, you can still save money when signing up by using promo codes.
One thing you should know about the promo codes for Google Workspace is that there are different coupons for their different plans. Also, some of their higher-end plans do not accept coupons at all, but those are generally for organizations with hundreds of employees. If you need help choosing a plan, skip ahead to a detailed outline of what each one offers.
Getting Your Google Workplace Promo Code
Once you’ve chosen a plan, you can move ahead with getting your promo code and get 10% off the Business Starter or Business Standard packages when you sign up. In addition, the first 14 days are free. Google does not allow for their Workspace promo codes to be publicly distributed. So if you want to receive their coupon, enter your email and the coupon code will appear! For your convenience, we will also email it to you.

Prices and Packages for Google Workspace
All Google Workspace plans provide custom emails and the full suite of collaboration tools like Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. The main difference in the plans is the number of users allowed and the amount of storage space they provide.
Large organizations that need Workspace for over 300 employees should generally contact Google’s sales support to learn about their Enterprise plan. Organizations with 100-200 employees, especially if many of them are working remotely and collaborating on lots of files that are stored in the cloud, will probably find the Business Plus plan to be more suitable. This plan will provide them with the storage space, security features, and video communication tools they need to run their operation. Pretty much everyone else, whether it’s a 1-person organization or a 200-person office, will be well served with either the Business Starter or the Business Standard plans.
When you enter your payment information online, you’ll sign up for a monthly plan, called the Flexible Plan. You then have the option to upgrade to the Annual Plan through a Google sales representative and commit to purchasing the service for a full year.
The monthly plan provides flexibility for organizations with a variable workforce because you can add and remove accounts at any time and pay only for accounts that are active that month. You can also cancel service at any time without penalty.
The Annual Plan allows you to sign a yearly contract and locks you into an agreed-upon price. You cannot remove users throughout the 1-year duration of the contract, but you can add users whenever you need. This plan still allows you to be billed monthly for the yearly contract.

How to Use the Google Workspace Promo Code
Using a Google Workplace promo code is an easy three-step process.
- Choose your domain name or enter your website address.
- Select the number of employees to start.
- Input the promo code to ensure your discount is applied.
The next screen is where you’ll enter the promo code.
After you enter the promo code and continue, you’ll see your plan’s details and the amount of the promo code discount.
Once this is done, you can sign in to your Google Admin console with the Google Workspace admin email you just created and view your account details in the Admin Console in the Billing tab under Subscription.
How Much You Can Save with Google Workspace Promo Codes?
Google Workspace promo codes provide new and upgrading businesses a discount of 10% off each user for one year. In the past, this discount has been as high as 20%, and you may see this promotion incorrectly still listed on other websites, but this rate will not be honored.
|Plan||Monthly Savings/User||Yearly Savings/User|
As you can see, if your organization is planning to sign up for Google Workspace, using a promo code is a great way to save a little money. However, the real savings come from just signing up with Google Workspace in the first place, since it includes services such as data storage, video conferencing, email hosting, and a lot more, for a fraction of what it would cost to purchase all those services through other providers on their own.
